Lar De Paula has two different wineries:
A traditional winery. Only specially selected wines, only those that during the first chapter of the elaboration have shown exceptional behavior for aging, begin a stay in the quietest rooms of our cellar.
An experimental winery to be able to innovate and bring to the market wines with very particular grape varieties, very old ages and very short productions. Manual harvest in boxes to subsequently discard grains that do not meet our quality levels at the selection table.
All this under the careful and selected work of "Meruelo Family".
Lar de Paula Blanco Fermentado En Barrica is a wine made in stainless steel tanks of 18,000 liters capacity. The fermentation takes place in new French and American oak barrels where it will remain for around 90 days. It will remain in the bottle a minimum of 6 months before its commercialization. Viura and Malvasía grapes have been used to make them.
