Vinyes De Can Sala is a very unique cava. Grapes of the Parellada variety - those that offer elegance and finesse - have been carefully selected, bunch by bunch, from two vineyards over 75 years old on our family estate in Mediona, at 340 meters of altitude. They are vines with very low production, ideal to allow a very long aging.
Can Sala was restored with the utmost respect for its history and tradition, while the technology at the service of cava, developed by Buján for 40 years as Director of Enology at Freixenet, was implemented in it.
