El Dorado rums are produced to the highest standards and comply with international regulations on age declarations. Therefore, the age in the bottle refers to the age of the youngest rum in the blend, although the oldest may be many more years old.
Since 1670 in Guyana, Ron El Dorado has been produced strictly from molasses from local sugar factories. Through a fairly complex production method.
