Boizel Brut Réserve is the true expression of Boizel's savoir-faire and skill. This cuvee is obtained by a precise combination of the three Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay - floral bouquet and pure elegance, Pinot Noir - finesse and structure -, as well as Pinot Meunier - fruity finesse and smoothness.

Approximately 30 of the best Champagne Crus (villages) are selected and exclusively from the first press (the cuvee). The still wines (vins clairs) of the year are mixed with 30% of the reserve wines conserved in the last two harvests.
