• Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via International courier, with required signature and tracking number.
• Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
• Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipmen and the number of packages.
• Always cheaper shipping in packs of 3, 6 or 12 bottles.
• Prices and weights are calculated for bottles of wine, champagnes and liquors of 0.70cl and 0.75cl.
• We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
• We make shippings to all the EU contries.

Shipping rates to European Union countries & United Kingdom

- UPS Standard

Europe T: Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania.

Calculation valid for bottles of wine, cavas and liqueurs of 0.70cl and 0.75cl.

Shipments are made to all member countries of the European Union, local customs and taxes will be borne by the recipient.

No shipments are made to post office boxes.

DELIVERY TIMES (NATURAL DAYS)

• Spain and Portugal (península): 1-2 (90% of orders placed during business hours are delivered to the customer in less than 24 hours) by Correos Express or MRW. 
• Balearic Islands: 2-4.
• Europe: 5-9. 

The delivery period will start counting from 14.00 hours (peninsular time) of the day the order was placed. If the order arrives later than 2 pm it will count as the next day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not contemplated and deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday.

HOW TO MANAGE A RETURN

Before returning the merchandise, it is necessary to contact us by email info@bebevino.es explaining the reason for return. Once the viability of the return has been established, Bebevino.es will send you an identification number that must be recorded on the delivery note of the transport company and inside the wine box.
