If the purchased product is defective or does not correspond to the purchased product, it will be replaced or the amount of the order will be refunded, within 3 business days of receipt in our store.

In the event that you receive at your home a defective product or a product that does not correspond to the one purchased, Bebevino will bear the cost of return or replacement.

If the merchandise arrives in poor condition, we recommend returning it to the dealer and we will immediately arrange a new shipment. We will replace the broken bottles at no cost.

If the merchandise is rejected by the customer for any other reason, the return costs will be borne by the customer. If the order was paid with Paypal, the fees charged by Pyapal will not be refunded.

How to manage a return

To proceed with the return of a product, you must contact us by phone (at +34 621316558) or by email at info@bebevino.es and indicate the reason for the return.

If it is accepted, a new shipping label will be sent to you that you must stick on the packaging, the collection will take place on the day and time indicated by the customer.

To proceed with the return, insert the items to be returned in the same box or in one of similar conditions to the box in which you received it together with its original packaging, since if the product is damaged during transport due to not having been properly protected, your return may be rejected.

Defective products or shipping error.

In the event that you receive a defective product at your home address or that does not correspond to the purchased product, Bebevino will be responsible for the return or replacement costs.

Return conditions.

For a return to be considered valid, the product must be returned with all its original content and packaging, it must be returned in perfect condition and without signs of having been used beyond that to verify that the product is correct.

If the product arrives in poor condition at our warehouses and the return is rejected, the customer must take care of the new shipment to their home address.

Custom products.

Changes or returns of any type of personalized product are not accepted, except for breakage in the shipment.

Cancellations.

Cancellations are accepted by decision of the client as long as the order has not been sent.

In the cancellations by decision of the client in orders paid with Paypal, the fee charged by Paypal will not be refunded.
