Montilla-Moriles is the denomination of origin of Spanish wine, which is legally protected in the Andalusian Autonomous Community of Aguilar de la Frontera, Montilla, Moriles and Dona Moncia, Crianza and commercialization of the wines made by Montalbán Córdoba, Monturc, Nova Cartier and Bridge. Genier, as well as Baena, Cabra, Castro del Río, Espejo, Fernán in some regions -Núñez, La Rambla, Lucena, Montemayor and Santaella; all of them are in the province of Córdoba.

The typical wines of the region are made from different varieties of white grapes. Through the Criaderas and Soleras systems, they age under the veil of flowers. Depending on their maturity, we can find young, high-quality, amontilla and perfumed wines. These wines darken the tonality and become fortified wines until reaching a maximum alcohol content of about 20º.
In addition, the PedroXiménez sweet wine made with this grape is derived from the Montilla-Moriles frame. Due to its unique characteristics, its consumption is increasingly popular. In addition to tasting in any other situation, it can also be consumed as part of a dessert or dessert recipe.
