Montilla-Moriles is the denomination of origin of Spanish wine, which is legally protected in the Andalusian Autonomous Community of Aguilar de la Frontera, Montilla, Moriles and Dona Moncia, Crianza and commercialization of the wines made by Montalbán Córdoba, Monturc, Nova Cartier and Bridge. Genier, as well as Baena, Cabra, Castro del Río, Espejo, Fernán in some regions -Núñez, La Rambla, Lucena, Montemayor and Santaella; all of them are in the province of Córdoba.
The typical wines of the region are made from different varieties of white grapes. Through the Criaderas and Soleras systems, they age under the veil of flowers.
