Can Sala Brut Nature
Can Sala - Vins Familia Ferrer
/Cava
Brut Nature / Xarel·lo y ParelladaCan Sala was restored with the utmost respect for its history and tradition, while the technology at the service of cava, developed by Buján for 40 years as Director of Enology at Freixenet, was implemented in it.
An exceptional cellar in which the old Coquard press, originally from Champagne, reigns for the extraction of the flower must, the only one used in Can Sala. All movements of must and wine are made by decantation.
Can Sala 2008 has been the cava to which the specialized publication The Drinks Business has awarded the rating of best wine of the year after a blind tasting with an expert jury.

- Intense yellow color that reflects its years of aging. Very fine bubble with long and persistent release, marking an excellent crown.
- Clean, aromas of nuts and toasted fruits harmonized with compotes, honey and ripe fruits, highlighting the peach. Vanilla notes. It presents memories of freshly made bread and pastries.
- Large in the mouth, with a completely integrated bubble. It is a long cava that is very pleasant to drink, full-bodied, an authentic Gran Reserva.
Can Sala produces “Cavas de Paraje Calificado” with local varieties from the Mediona region: Parellada and Xarel·lo. For many experts they are the best cavas in the world.
