Brut Nature / Xarel·lo 61%, Macabeo 29%, Parellada 5%, Chardonnay 5%Montesquius 1918 Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a cava made with Xarello, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay grapes. Grapes harvested by hand and in small boxes, obtaining the must on the same day of harvest at very low pressure.
During aging they have been in contact with the lees, in semi-darkness and at a constant temperature until disgorging.
It is a totally dry Brut Nature cava without the addition of sugar.

Montesquius is proud to continue making its cavas and wines with traditional methods under quality standards that have positioned them among the best cavas and wines in the world.
Once the harvest is over, Montesquius selects the best musts from the different grape varieties, such as Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada, Chardonnay or Monastrell, to turn them into cavas and wines capable of transmitting their origin. During its production, the aging times are carefully taken care of and the most optimal conditions are guaranteed, a process that has allowed Montesquius to offer Reserva and Gran Reserva wines.
