Castro Mastiha Liqueur
Mastiha Liqueur is a traditional Greek spirit made from the resin of the mastiha tree, which grows exclusively on the Greek island of Chios. The resin is harvested by making small incisions on the trunk of the tree, and allowing the sap to flow out and harden into small droplets.
