Ryoma Japanese Rum is authenticity and craftsmanship, a 100% Japanese rum made with local sugar cane.

Sugar cane is produced on the island of Shikoku, the smallest and least populated of the four main islands that make up the Japanese archipelago. This cane is pressed to obtain the pure juice, but it is also heated to obtain sugar cane honey.

Distillation in a stainless steel alembic, which unlike copper, rectifies the juices less and preserves more aromatic components.

The aging takes place in new American white oak barrels, which ensures the full expression of the raw material, while offering a gourmet delicacy.
