Tasting notes
- Clear appearance, with high layer. Cherry color, with outstanding intensity.
- It presents a clean condition with a high aromatic intensity. Good fruit base with character, freshness and remarkable finesse. Sensible barrel notes in evolution.
- Soft entry, medium-high acidity, good persistence where aromas of infusion flowers stand out. Red, balsamic and spicy fruits, clove notes.
- Balanced, tasty and wide. Good structure and long finish.
Consumption and conservation
- Charcuterie, semi-cured cheeses, blue fish, some white meats.
- A favorable evolution is expected in the bottle for up to 4 years.
