Muga Blanco is a wine made by hand harvesting. After a light maceration of the skins with the must, it is fermented in wooden vats and new French oak barrels with a very light toasting. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, it remains for 4 months in the barrels, to maintain its fine lees, providing smoothness in the mouth and complexity.
