Bodegas Vivanco is located in Briones, a privileged enclave of La Rioja Alta, in the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria and on the banks of the Ebro River. An area with a mild microclimate and extraordinary clay-calcareous soils.
Rafael Vivanco's vitivinicultural and pioneering spirit is reflected, in addition to his wines, in experimentation and research on different cultivation and production methods, in the use of minority varieties or in the aging in oak from different origins.
