It is the essence of Belondrade's terroir, a blend of grapes that reflects the diversity of its 23 plots. Each of the plots is harvested by hand, to ferment and age separately on its lees in barrels. Spontaneous and controlled alcoholic fermentation. At the end of aging on lees, a selection and an "assemblage" is made.

Belondrade produces great Verdejos from the D.O. Rueda, more than a wine, is a philosophy, a vision. It is respect for the environment. It is the reasoned work of the vineyard. It is to select the grapes in a meticulous way and then take care of them with care, and it is to develop their own yeasts and then keep the must for almost a year in the barrel and six months in the bottle before putting it on the market.
