Manufacturer
The Ameztoi family has been crafting and producing txakoli since 1820. Old barrels, the smell of wood, the clatter of bottles, and laughter. That was the old Ameztoi, and it used to attract a huge crowd. In fact, the Ameztoi family has long been known by the nickname "Kirkilla" (cricket), a symbol of joy, happiness, and pride. Over time, they have grown and improved their product until they achieved their own unique expression, an authentic txakoli to delight the most discerning palates. They have always maintained the native Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza varieties as the basis for their products. Ameztoi is a family tradition of txakoli making spanning five generations.
