- Medium aromatic intensity. Aromas of ripe white fruit (apple, pear), lactic notes (apple yogurt with aromatic herbs). Clean and fresh.
- Light entry. With volume. Long finish, with very pleasant acidity and a lemony touch.
- Ideal to accompany light dishes or enjoy on its own.
MASTOI in the Basque language of Duranguesado means vineyard. This is how the land registry records reflect the name of the plot where the vineyard is located, from which this txakoli is made.
