Oloroso Tradición Vors 30 Years
Bodegas Tradición
/Jerez-Xérès-Sherry
/ 100% Palomino Fino.Oloroso Tradición VORS is a monovarietal wine aged very extensively through the traditional system of soleras and criaderas (an average of 45 years), the result of a special selection of wines from certain 100% Palomino Fino of Marco de Jerez, with which Bodegas Tradición has wanted to recover the styles of yesteryear and the ways of aging and bottling Jerez. This unique, complex Oloroso with a high concentration of aromas is, at the same time, soft and elegant and is the result of its aging in boots with extensive experience in wine aging and its oxidative aging (without having had contact with the veil of flor at any time), which give it such marked characteristics.
