PICEA 650 2009

Picea 650 is a signature wine. Aged and malolactic red in new French oak barrels. Harvest from the oldest plot of the estate. After alcoholic fermentation and pressing, it goes directly to the barrel, where it carries out malolactic fermentation on its own lees. It stays a minimum of 20 months in new French oak barrels. Branch bottling; without any clarification or stabilization, so it may present some precipitate.
