Through this contract, Bebevino.es (VILIMUN II S.L. with registered office in Burgos, Avenida de la Paz 17, 09004, and NIF B-09503020) sells to the client (any natural or legal person with whom Bebevino.es signs any sales contract for its website) and the latter purchases from Bebevino.es the product specified in the invoice/delivery note/order. “Contract” is understood to be the purchase and sale operation that is implemented through this document. “Product” is understood as the merchandise being purchased.

5- AVAILABILITY

Our offers and prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the website, and always based on available stock. We reserve the possibility of assigning a maximum number of bottles of each wine per client. Allocations will be made in strict order of receipt of order. Normally, we only offer products that we have in stock in our logistics warehouse. If any product is out of stock or has changed vintage, the buyer will be informed by email or telephone of the delivery of only part of their order and may accept, modify or cancel.
