Raíz de Guzmán was founded in 1998, continuing the project that began in 1985, the year Páramo de Guzmán cheeses were launched. Raíz was born under the same philosophy: tradition, innovation, and above all, quality. The winery houses 500 barrels. Eighty percent are French oak and twenty percent are American oak. These are replaced every three years to guarantee the quality of the wines.
