Vermut La Fabulosa Rojo

Vermouth made according to a traditional recipe from the beginning of the last century with a freshness and aroma, between bitter and sweet. To obtain the base wines, we carefully select native Galician varieties in order to obtain the necessary roundness required by this type of wine. Sugar, extracts and a maceration of herbs are added, including sage, marjoram, lemon verbena, artemisia, cinnamon and vanilla. It is left to rest in wooden barrels and finally it is filtered.

On the nose, it is intense and fragrant, with herbaceous notes of artemisia, marjoram and sage standing out among others. Fresh and aromatic aroma inviting you to try it.
   
On the palate, it shows weight and consistency. Round and powerful mid palate. Long finish with a powerful herbaceous and spicy aftertaste.
   
Very pleasant bitter aftertaste, with sweet notes.
