The Reserva Familiar Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is, together with the Reserva Familiar Picual, the emblem of Castillo de Canena. Its green colour with golden tones is the result of an early harvest, picking the olives when they are green, in order to obtain a very high quality oil, a balanced and harmonious extra virgin oil.

- On the nose it is a medium-intense fruity green olive, with complementary aromas that remind us of alloza, walnut shell, apple, peach and quince mixed with light herbaceous touches.
- It pairs very well with soups, vegetable creams, pastas, vinaigrettes, pickles, salad dressings, gazpacho, ham, cheeses, grilled meats and toast.
