Cod Pil-Pil Carpier
Its preparation is based on a noble cut from the end of the loin before the tail and cut into tenderloins, with the texture of tripe and cooked in an artisanal way with EVOO, garlic and cayenne pepper, creating the perfect blend to enjoy a traditional pil pil dish with the distinctive touch of Carpier Ahumados.
In each jar, you will find the refined touch of organic Arbequina extra virgin olive oil. This adds a unique dimension to our product, enhancing its flavor and nutritional quality.
