Salmon Aburi Toro Carpier
Aburi Toro is the fattiest and most mellow part, due to its nature and limited production. The golden brown color and marked area of the skin give the product a toasted touch. Citrus and capers have been added to balance the flavors. A delicious contrast between the taste of the sea and the land.
