- Lemon yellow color, clean and bright, fine bubbles with good carbon release.
- Fine and intense aromas of aging, aromas of citrus fruits (lemon), green tree fruit (Granny Smith apple), combined with subtle notes of tropical fruits (pineapple) and fruit backgrounds dry, with slight hints of pistachio.
- Good structure in the mouth due to prolonged aging in bottle but with fresh and soft bottoms which gives it its particular bouquet.
