Iridescent color with slightly amber reflections, revealing a year with good maturity. Attenuated effervescence, almost timid, but fine, slow and regular.
   
On the nose, the aromas of yellow fruit, toasted almonds and harvest of the Chardonnay make their way first, combined with the juicy red fruit of the Pinot Noir.
   
Silky texture where fine flavors of candied citrus and iodized spices emerge. The limestone character of the vintage emerges in a tonic and vertical effervescence, with an insistent, precise and chiseled freshness.
   
The finish is supported by slightly woody, vigorous and salty notes, giving the whole a final sensation of delicacy and concentration.
