Tasting notes
- New golden yellow color, with golden gray reflections. Clean and transparent, with constant rosary formation.
- On the nose it provides sweet and green aromas, which take you to the countryside, such as almond, dry clay, margin flower and fresh notes of mint and fennel, together with candied coca fruit, brioche and yeast, on a subtle mineral aroma.
- Entry into the mouth with nerve, freshness and a quick palate. Great structure and evolving notes of ripe summer fruit.
Manufacturer
Torelló only produces long-aged sparkling wines (Corpinnat), white, rosé and red wines from the Penedès DO and extra virgin olive oil. Torelló's Corpinnat sparkling wines are aged between two and ten years.
