- Straw-colored with yellow hues, clean and transparent. Fine, constant bubbles form a rosary.
- The nose highlights white fruit, such as pear, over a distinct note of brioche pastry, caramel flan, pastry cream, and candied fruit.
- The palate is fresh and delicate. Its dry mid-palate presents fresh herbs that open a window to the countryside, where white flowers stand out.
- With notes of brioche pastry and cream, creating a very pleasant finish.
Torelló only produces long-aged sparkling wines (Corpinnat), white, rosé and red wines from the Penedès DO and extra virgin olive oil. Torelló's Corpinnat sparkling wines are aged between two and ten years.
