Aguardiente de Galicia Fonte do Frade is a white brandy made from the best bagasse spirits. Great intensity with secondary aromas and hints of dried fruit, roses and slightly sweet.

Founded by Miguel Oliveira in Goián, Tomiño. His distillery bases its differentiation on the quality of the raw materials selected from the small wineries in O Rosal, as all of its spirits come from the distillation of Albariño grape pomace. Its liqueurs are obtained from maceration, which consists of separating the soluble components from the finest herbs and fruits, allowing them to rest in the spirit for several months.
