An aged brandy distilled from the Parellada and Ugni Blanc grape varieties. Both varieties are distilled separately twice in traditional pot stills.

- The aging takes place in selected oak barrels. During the first year new oak is used but later, the brandy is racked in older barrels, thus avoiding the excessive aromatic influence of virgin wood.
