- Bright, tanned, and very crystalline thanks to rigorous decantation and several filtrations. With floral and balsamic aromas, reflecting the high quality of its raw materials.

Founded by Miguel Oliveira in Goián, Tomiño. His distillery bases its differentiation on the quality of the raw materials selected from the small wineries in O Rosal, as all of its spirits come from the distillation of Albariño grape pomace. Its liqueurs are obtained from maceration, which consists of separating the soluble components from the finest herbs and fruits, allowing them to rest in the spirit for several months.
