119 Gin is a Premium gin, London Dry Gin type produced by Carmelitano distilleries, in Benicasim, Castellón. The botanicals used are: juniper berries, cardamom seeds, ginger root, lemon peel, angelica root, and 24 more botanists, which make up its secret formula and give it a Mediterranean touch.

- The final product is crystalline, where the aromas and flavors of juniper, cardamom, ginger and fresh herbaceous notes stand out; It is silky and balsamic on the palate, ending with a pleasant citrus aftertaste.
- In a balloon glass, with plenty of ice, measure 5 cl. of gin 119 and 20 cl. of soda. It is especially recommended for the classic gin and tonic, although it also mixes perfectly with ginger ale as a mixer.
