Coriander Liqueur Clásico Pazo De Valdomiño
Cilantro of Pazo de Valdomiño Clásico is a unique coriander, aromatic and medicinal herbal liqueur in the world, prepared following an old recipe introduced in 1877 by the goianés D. Manuel Ozores and transmitted, since then, through generations.

Founded by Miguel Oliveira in Goián, Tomiño. His distillery bases its differentiation on the quality of the raw materials selected from the small wineries in O Rosal, as all of its spirits come from the distillation of Albariño grape pomace. Its liqueurs are obtained from maceration, which consists of separating the soluble components from the finest herbs and fruits, allowing them to rest in the spirit for several months.
