Glenallachie Single Cask Bourbon is an exclusive single malt whisky distilled in 2011. This limited edition of 245 bottles combines Scottish tradition with high-quality bourbon casks, cask nol 4528, resulting in an exceptional and refined whisky. This single cask bourbon offers greater intensity of flavor, a higher alcohol content, and authenticity, clearly superior in complexity and intensity to classic alternatives.
The spirit was distilled on October 1, 2011. It was then matured for twelve years in the bourbon cask. The whisky was not chill-filtered, and no artificial colors were added.

Tasting notes
- Toasted vanilla, heather honey and orange blossom, with notes of cinnamon, butterscotch and sweet popcorn.
- Ginger, honeysuckle and vainilla followed by baking spice, creme bruilee and orchard fruits.
