Tasting notes
- Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.
Manufacturer
Tomatin was born in 1897 in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, where the production of liqueurs began using the particularly soft water of the area and Scottish barley, then passed through copper stills until obtaining a soft and fruity liqueur that underwent gentle maturation. to finish by aging and maturation in barrel. The result is a light, smooth and fruity peat-free whisky.
