- Aromas of cinder toffee and dried orange develop into notes of milk chocolate with Brazilnuts and toasted fruit loaf on the palate. The finish is complex and tangy with black tea and root ginger.
Tomatin was born in 1897 in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, where the production of liqueurs began using the particularly soft water of the area and Scottish barley, then passed through copper stills until obtaining a soft and fruity liqueur that underwent gentle maturation. to finish by aging and maturation in barrel. The result is a light, smooth and fruity peat-free whisky.
