- Elegant, fresh and complex nose where ripe fruit and floral notes can be appreciated.
- Pleasant and fresh on the palate, balanced and with sweet but youthful tannins, unctuous and enveloping, with an original and interesting mid-palate and a long finish.
- Ideal to accompany rice dishes with game and sweet meat, stewed legumes, mushrooms, game and poultry, casseroles, fish and shellfish in sauce, smoked foods, cured and blue cheeses, grilled and grilled white and red meats.
