- This wine has an intense, bright cherry red color with violet hues.
- Good aromatic intensity, with a dominance of red fruits and smoky notes of cocoa and licorice.
- Enveloping and smooth on the palate, with a savory and fruity development reminiscent of black fruits. Delicate and ripe tannins. Very persistent and fresh finish.
- It can be paired with rice, pasta, vegetables, mushrooms, pork, white or red meats with sauces, cured meats, and fresh or semi-cured cheeses.
