- Amarillo pálido con leves tonos verdosos, muy brillante.
- On the nose, it unfolds exuberant aromas, predominantly pear and banana, over a very elegant and floral herbaceous background with hints of chamomile and linden.
- With a very pleasant palate, a well-balanced acidity, and a fresh, fruity finish that invites another glass.
Las Caraballas was born from the desire to develop organic farming, based on respect for the environment, ecosystem improvement, and the production of quality products. This philosophy underpins the philosophy and way of working the farm: 100 hectares of arable land and a pine forest in the Medina del Campo area.
