- Cherry red color with a garnet rim.
- Powerful aroma of black fruits, roasted notes, and balsamic notes. Complex and well-structured, smooth, and ripe.
- Pleasant on entry and very persistent, with roasted notes, cocoa, and spices.
- Balanced and harmonious, flavorful, with a long and elegant finish marked by the "sweetness" of noble tannins from very ripe fruit that reveal its potential in the bottle.
- Ideal with rice dishes with game and creamy meats, stewed legumes, mushrooms, game and poultry, casseroles, smoked foods, cured and blue cheeses, grilled and barbecued red meats, roast lamb, pork, and beef.
