- Brilliant pale pink color with slight purple hues.
- The fresh aroma of fresh red fruits predominates, among which currants and strawberries stand out. Notes of red pepper and flowers (roses).
- Fresh, elegant, long and complex. With a very fruity flavor (strawberries, currants and raspberries) and floral. Marked acidity, reminiscent of red fruit, with a sweet touch reminiscent of toffee and liquorice.
- Long and persistent finish, reminiscent of caramel with herbaceous and balsamic notes.
- Perfect to accompany light meals and fish, including seafood, pasta dishes, rice dishes, white meats and vegetables.

Ochoa is a Navarran winery that stands out for its authenticity. They only produce wine from the grapes that come from their vines and grow under their philosophy based on the utmost respect for the vineyard and the environment. They have 145 hectares of their own vineyard. They plant, prune and harvest their own vines.
