Tasting notes
- Clean and bright yellow and greenish glints.
- A complex nose, mineral, fruity, and floral, full of fresh herbs and citrus notes in pleasant harmony.
- An intense and fruity palate, with good acidity rounded out by the creaminess of its aging on the lees. Long and persistent, with a fresh finish.
Consumption and conservation
- Perfect with seafood and more elaborate fish dishes, it pairs wonderfully with fresh cheeses, foie gras, and white meats, and is suitable for all types of pasta and rice dishes.
