- Smooth and creamy, with a bright acidity that only becomes apparent at the end. It features flavors of nectarine, melon, green apple, and citrus, along with notes of lemongrass, cream, and a slight touch of salt.
Adegas Guímaro is a small family winery from Ribeira Sacra known for its fresh, Atlantic, terroir-driven wines. Led by Pedro Rodríguez, the winery farms historic vineyards on steep heroic viticulture slopes, focusing mainly on Mencía and native Galician varieties with a traditional, low-intervention philosophy.
