With an intense purple colour, the aromas of red fruits stand out on the nose, with subtle spicy notes from its time in the barrel. It has a fresh and elegant entrance that is completed with good length and volume at the end of the mouth.
Consumption and conservation
  
Rice with meat, sausages, roast chicken, roast lamb, grilled red meats, stews, roasts and semi-cured cheeses.
  
Decanting is recommended. This wine is aged for a long time and will gain complexity over the years (2–3 years).

Aalto was created in 1998 by Mariano García and Javier Zaccagnini when they decided to combine their professional experience in a wine project within the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin.
