- In the glass, this wine presents a deep ruby colour. Black fruits with liquorice and spicy hints provide it with a great aromatic complexity. The persistence of this wine on the mouth is conferred by its structure and big volume.
- Red meats, Iberian sausages, cured cheeses.
- It needs time in the bottle to offer its best qualities. Already from the first year it can begin to be enjoyed, although from the third year after its bottling it will develop even greater complexity and range of nuances.
Aalto was created in 1998 by Mariano García and Javier Zaccagnini when they decided to combine their professional experience in a wine project within the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin.
Aalto's philosophy is to treat human capital as an absolutely decisive factor. A high-quality winery requires dedication that goes beyond the strict field of expertise. The team determines this quality in the project.
