Tasting notes
- High robe wine, with a bright and lively appearance, cherry red in color with a violet background.
- Intense aromas of black fruit, coffee, pure cocoa and white flowers. Good balance of wood and fruit due to its long aging in barrels, providing expected aromas, toasted and balsamic.
- Fresh start, silky tannins that give rise to roundness and structure.
- Broad, long finish, leaving behind an intense memory of black fruit.

- Pairing with a wide range of cooked dishes, stew, rice dishes, fish in sauce and all kinds of meat.
