Cherry red in color with bluish reflections, typical of its youth. Bright, clean and with good layer depth.
   
It is a wide, fresh wine with aromatic complexity. At the beginning, the red fruit is marked, such as cherries and cherries, along with the black fruit, blackberries and currants.
   
It has a silky, pleasant and wide entrance. With a medium-high body and fine tannins. A fresh but long step in the mouth, with a sensation of volume.
Consumption and conservation
  
Ideal with any starter, from cured or fatty cheeses to meats poultry and grilled fish, pasta and rice dishes.

Manufacturer

Winery located in Gumiel del Mercado, Burgos, in a privileged enclave within the Ribera del Duero and has always been a town with a marked winemaking tradition. It has 85 hectares of vineyards, divided between the native varieties of Tinto Fino and Albillo Mayor.

Betting on respect for the land and the work of the vine in a traditional way, with the aim of following a sustainable viticulture, a faithful reflection of quality wines.
