- Deep, purplish-red, very clear.
- High intensity, spicy and fruity. Ripe plum, delicate vanilla, nutmeg, clove, white pepper, candied fruit.
- Sweet, slightly unctuous entry. Ripe black fruit, candied fruit, hints of red fruit. Broad spiciness: clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, mineral, gunpowder, graphite, incense.
- A long, rich, and luscious finish with mineral nuances.
- A profound wine, perfect for pairing with stews, roasts, and legume-based dishes.
- It is recommended not to consume below 9-10 degrees Celsius to fully enjoy it. It can be decanted to aerate.

Finca Matasnos is located in Peñaranda de Duero, Burgos, 18 kilometers from Aranda del Duero, at an altitude of 950 meters on the Ribera del Duero plateau.
In this wine-growing area of Spain, it is not easy to grow vineyards as there are many frost problems, which makes it difficult for the grapes to mature.
They never produce more than 3,500 kg. Less quantity means higher quality.
Of the wines that make up the family, only one comes out a year, it is the White Label.
