Cherry red with cherry tones, in a thin layer violets predominate.
   
Very intense aromas of spices (cinnamon, mint, spearmint) with hints of vanilla, mixed with hints of ripe fruit, clean and complex.
   
The entrance is strong, where the tannins are noticeable to later leave a good step in the mouth. Wide, balanced, in the retronasal those spicy and red fruit notes reappear. Lots of persistence.

Bodegas Carramimbre is located in the ‟Pago el Pingón” just 3 km from the municipality of Peñafiel in the province of Valladolid. It was founded in 1997 by several families deeply rooted in the vineyards in the Ribera del Duero area and has more than 70 hectares of its own vineyard production and a capacity of 900,000 kg.

In our winery, the Carramimbre, Altamimbre and Torrepingón wines are aged in French and American oak barrels that give them those fine and elegant toasts.

As a result of this, both have been distinguished with numerous recognitions, being excellently valued by the Peñin Guide, Wine Spectator or Wine Enthusiast and obtaining both mentions and various national and international awards.
